Is my donation tax-deductible?
FCA-SS is a registered non-governmental organization in South Sudan. While we don't currently offer tax receipts for international donations, we provide official acknowledgment letters for all donations that can be used for record-keeping purposes.
How will my donation be used?
Your donation will directly support our conservation programs including tree planting, community education, nursery management, and advocacy efforts. We maintain transparency in our financial management and can provide detailed reports on how funds are allocated.
Can I specify how my donation is used?
Yes, you can specify if you'd like your donation to support a particular program (tree planting, education, etc.). Please include this information when you email us about your donation. If no specific program is mentioned, your donation will be allocated to our most urgent needs.
How do I get a receipt for my donation?
After you make a bank transfer and email us with your details (name, amount, date), we will send you an official acknowledgment letter via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Can I set up recurring donations?
Currently, we only accept one-time donations via bank transfer. We're working on implementing recurring donation options in the future. For now, you can make regular transfers using our bank details.
Are there other ways to support FCA-SS besides monetary donations?
